For those who attended the first ever Gluten free food and Allergy show held here in Auckland in 2008, I'm sure you'd agree it was fantastic to see so many great FREE FROM foods under one roof! The Auckland 2009 show was a little quieter than last year, however well over 5,000 people attended! Keep an eye out for a couple of new products due to be made available very soon...  Sorry for all those waiting for a non-chocolate decadant treat - seems we are addicted to pure dark chocolate ! The 2010 show was a fantastic avenue to launch our gluten & dairy free range - the blue range.  These products are made to a similar recipe to our existing Love Cake range, but made using conventially farmed ingredients (non organic) For those who are primarily looking for a gluten & dairy free baking mix that actually tastes great, will be pleasantly surprised at the beautiful soft and moist results they will get from our blue range - at a really competitive price! warm smiles Silvana
